Chocolate Covered Cashews are actually a very difficult thing to pan because of the irregular shape of the nut! So that's why they aren't as easy to find in comparison to something like a chocolate covered Almond. With the cashews it just takes a bit more patience and, to completely cover the nut, MORE chocolate! Which is always an ok thing with us!
To describe the cashews - they are generally a softer biting experience - because how soft the nut is and the additional chocolate there. The flavor is somewhat mild and buttery. Overall a very pleasant chocolatey experience!
